What happens once I place my order?
You will get a confirmation mail with your order details. Post which our team will pack and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, you will get the Shipping details on mail with the tracking number and via the ‘My Account’ section by logging in. You will receive the invoice along with the order shipment.


I did not get an order confirmation and the amount got deducted. What to do?

I got a damaged watch. I want to return it. What to do?
We are committed to quality and in case you’ve received a defective watch. Write to us at info@timezonebd.com or call us at +88 01787 675120 and inform about the order ID. We will arrange for a pick up and once we have picked up the watch, between 3-4 working days, we will refund 100% of your payment or try to provide you with a replacement of the same watch, basis your requirement.
